HEADSUP COMMUNITY SUPPORT SESSIONS
A safe space in which to relax and connect with other HTs.
These Zoom calls are supportive, friendly, and informal. In each facilitated session, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your week, share both your successes and challenges, and receive encouragement from others in the group. We’re here to lift each other up! If you’d prefer to just listen, that’s absolutely fine too.
We offer free peer support sessions for headteachers—whether you’re aspiring, currently serving, or a former headteacher.

CRISIS COACHING
Who do you turn to in challenging times?
Your union will provide technical support but what about the emotional support? Our offer to you is the chance to speak to someone. All conversations are confidential and free with a trained HeadsUp4Ts coach who is either a former or current Headteacher – so they get it.
COACHING
Longer term support for Headteachers and school leaders
We offer a wide range of affordable 1:1 coaching and peer coaching packages to suit all school leaders; from established Headteachers and those new to Headship through to Deputy, Assistant and Aspiring Headteachers.
We support our coachees in developing intentional well-being, resilience and personal and professional growth which helps them reconnect with their purpose as a leader. Finding the right coach and package is important, so feel free to book in for a chat about the programmes.

We can provide you with advice and guidance on what you do next with your career and, where appropriate, connecting you to our partner organisations for further support and guidance. We also support Headteachers with exit planning and life beyond headship.
LA SUPPORT
HEADSUP PROVIDE EMPOWERING BESPOKE PEER SUPPORT PROGRAMMES FOR LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND MATS
We offer support to LAs and MATs who are looking to support and champion the wellbeing of the Headteachers in their communties, enabling the Headteachers to lead with confidence, authenticity and renewed purpose.
